FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - How much will my hair cost? - I charge a flat hourly rate for haircuts and color respectively, and all my prices are listed on my service menu. If you are unsure of how much time to book, send me a message via text, instagram, or the email message option here. I would be happy to give you a quote - Do I have to book 2 hours? - If it’s your first time in my chair, I always recommend booking the 2 hour time slot. This is to make sure we have time for a thorough consult, a hair wash if desired, and a style to settle in your new haircut. - What if we don’t use the full 2 hours? - If we do not use the full 2 hours, you will only be charged for the time we used. - How much time should I book for color? - Every color appointment is such a unique circumstance, so I recommend sending over some pictures of your hair now and your goal color. I also need to know your color history - if and when you’ve ever colored your hair. With that information, I should be able to give you an estimate for how much time to book. As a disclaimer: most color goals are plausible, some are not, some take multiple appointments. - How much should I tip? - My prices include gratuity! That means tips are never expected, but always appreciated. If you’re still inclined to tip me (which is very kind of you), there is an option to add it on your card when you pay. - Can I pay cash? - If you intend on paying cash please make sure you have exact change! - I’m at the address, but where do I go? - When you come in through the front door facing the parking lot, my room is downstairs. I’m about halfway down the hall on the right - across from a little waiting area. - Can I bring someone to my appointment? - Yes, but since my space is smaller I ask that you only bring one extra person. - Can you do a haircut for my young child? - I am happy to accommodate for little ones as best as I can. Please keep in mind - I do not offer separate pricing for kid’s cuts, the cost will be based on the amount of time we take on the haircut. It’s also important that the child is able to sit relatively still for an extended amount of time (fidgeting is okay, I have fidget toys out for all my guests). Lastly, I reserve the right to decline or stop any service if I feel like I cannot accommodate as well as your child deserves. It’s important to me that every haircut is a positive, safe experience for myself and my guests regardless of age.Business Hours

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
